Windows Password Window popping up after 2 years

Suddenly, after using Windows XP for a couple years, tonight I turned on my
home computer and the Log In To Windows screen pops up. It has my name as
the User Name and asks for a password. Just yesterday I turned it on and
didn't get this. I've tried every password I've ever used with no luck. Any
suggestions? I don't know how to go about resetting the password and if that
can even be done. I need help!!
