Windows opening to small

When I open a program such as IE, It opens in a small
window . I would like to know how to make that window
open in full screen, instead of having to click on it to
maximize.

Hi

Try this:

Drag the window to the size you want it - don't maximize it - then close
that window via File>Close/Exit.

Drag window corners either to screen corners or size you want. Then, when
closing, hold ctrl and Shift keys down together while clicking on the X in
upper-right corner.
