Windows only recognices 131 Gb of 160 Gb hard drive??

When I install my new hard drive, windows can only
recognice 131 Gb out of the 160 Gb. How do I make windows
recognice all 160 Gb of my hard drive?

Do you have SP1 installed?

I had a similar problem and had to use Partition Magic to fix.
