Windows on a MAC and WIFI question

I have a MacBook -- great machine, no problems. Now I installed --
correctly, it appears -- Windows XP. But I can't fugure outhow to get
WIFI access. When I switch back to Mac, I have an antenna, the
services available, etc. I can't even get online with Windows. Did I
not install something? When I go through Network set up I get nowhere.
Ordinarly, I just open up a laptop and run it though the cable modem
and NetGear wireless antenna. What's going on here?

Perhaps windows needs drivers for your wireless network adaptor. Look in
control panel then system, select the hardware tab and if there is a
triangle with an exclamation mark under the network section then you need
drivers.
