Windows.old

Hi Folks,
Does anyone here know if its possible to delete Windows.old. It's a file that was made when i upgraded from Vista to windows 7. Its about 70Gb in size and takes forever to scan.
Can i get rid of it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yees you can, it should contain everything that was on your PC before you upgraded, so just check through it in case there is something you might still want.

What Evan said, its basically just Win7's backup of your old win install. Do with it as you will.
