Windows NT workstation can not log to Windows 2000 domain

We have Windows 2000 domain with 2 domain controlers and 100 Windows
2000 clients and 100 Windows NT 4.0 clients. From yesterday we can not
log from the computers running Windows NT 4.0. When I stopped one domain
controler we can log in again from NT clients. When Logon server is
first domain controler NT clients can not log. We run WINS and DNS on
both controlers. Where is the problem? Please help me to solve me it.

Does the ipconfig/all show that everything is pointing to the server-IP?
Got options 044 and 046 (0x8) set in DHCP-server, Scope options?
How many nics in the server and are you using RRAS?

We do not have DHCP server. All workstation use static IP numbers.

Why aren't you using DHCP? It really is a nobrainer.

Can you give us the ipconfig/all from a client?
