Windows NT 4.0 migrate

I recently upgraded NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 and am having
problems with Read Only rights on ALL directories. I have
checked the share permissions and also the Security and
Domain Users have Full rights. Any ideas

Check if any groups have Deny write
restrictions and, if so, what groups/id's are
member of that group. Deny rights would
overwrite any rights that have been granted.
