How to use W2K3 IAS with NT 4.0 domain

We are in the process of migrating from our NT 4.0 domain to a W2K3 AD
domain. I have setup a W2K3 IAS server that is mapped to our W2K3 AD domain
and I would like to also map it to our current NT 4.0 domain. How do you do
this? I have read the Help Files but do not see this explained anywhere.

IAS can be mapped to only one domain ( either the win2k3 or the NT4) what
you can do is create a trust relationship between both domains that way IAS
can authenticate against both domains
