Pristine migration to W2k or W2K3

We have built up a pristine Active Directory using Windows 2000. Our intent
is to migrate our current NT 4.0 domain to this new pristine AD domain. We
are pondering whether to go ahead and upgrade the AD servers to Windows 2003
or just stay with Windows 2000 until at least the first Service Pack comes
out for Windows 2003. Any suggestions or issues with W2K3?
