windows will not start on my computer when i turn it on, after the windows
boot screen the blue screen flashes for less than a second then the computer
restarts. i believe this is the screen that says missing drivers or registry
files but i am not sure since it is not up long enough for me to see it, i
cannot boot in any of the safe modes either, i also cannot find my windows xp
disc. is there anything i can do?

No, not without your WinXP disk.

Hi

Reboot your system and then keep tapping the F8 key to access a screen that
has 'Last Known Good Configuration' as an option - try that.

All pc users should have the CD for the OS they want to use/install.
