My 3 year old Dell laptop all of a sudden says that my copy of Windows XP is
not a
genuine copy upon start up. When I press the button to resolve this issue
now my computer starts to finish startup, but then I get an error meesage
which says:
"IntelRoam, Adapter switching Service Error. Cannot continue"

Please help, I can't even fully start up.

I appreciate your help, but I cant get online with this computer. The
computer won't even fully boot.

dell may have some insight as to the specific problem with your pc. but
basically, you should download the file to floppy or something. you should
use the recovery disks provided from dell. or they can provide them to you
or possibly download them online. If your machine came with windows then
there should be s product key attached to your machine or dell may have
provided the windows oem cd...
