How did you get Windows? Did you get the Dell from Dell or some other vendor/friend? Did it come with the version of Windows on it that fails the WGA or did you install it?

After running the WGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Office" tab and then click on "Copy to Clipboard". 3.
