Windows Not Booting...HELP!

Yesterday, when I tried to start my computer, it looks as though Windows
starts to boot, then goes to a screen that says (paraphrased), "Windows did
not successfully load. Please choose which mode you would like to start
Windows..." and it give you a choice of starting Normally (suggested way),
safe mode, etc. I tried all options, and it will look like it's rebooting,
but after the Windows XP splash screen, then it goes right back to the screen
mentioned above, I can't get past it in any way.

Anyone seen this, or know why it's doing that? And most importantly, how do
I rectify this?

Thanks!
