Windows Nemesis

Does anyone know anything about this Windows Nemesis that I've been hearing
about lately. I've been told that it's about the most stable version of
windows in years. Is it a Microsoft supported version, or is it something
that has been created under the table? Any info would be greatly

"Nemesis" was the codename for a version of Windows Media Encoder from about
2000.
There is no such release of Windows with that name or codename - either
released or in development
Please provide some links that talk about this.

Windows Nemesis is a release from the scene, not Microsoft. It has "extra" stuff in it and is currently on release 3.0... If you don't know how to get it you shouldn't download it anyway....

windows nemosis is windows xp pro with service pack 2 and office 2003 and nero 6.6.3.0 and win ra and media player 10 and java and adaware just what u need to start of your system. nemosis 4.0 is now out and it has 20x the programs on it but the is a dvd disk

Any one got WIndows Nemisis installed?

Hi guys. (sorry to double post)

I just installed the Windows Nemisis and its not bad. appart from some major problems i noticed.
1) I cant use system restore, when I click it, nothing appears...
2) I cant find ISS (Internet information services) under add/remove windows components. (its not there)
and under networking services (control panel - add/remove then windows components) I can only see 3 items. I cant see the UPNP option and I can see thr RIP lisenter but its say 0.0MB next to it, so I cant even install that.

I tried to install them off the CD, via windows, and it only brings up a box with what I got already. I there another way to fix these problems? Thanks.

Its the best ver of Xp out ive sat my original copy to 1 side and using this as it causes less crashes and other hassle .
I use the cd ver the dvd ver was just stupid with the junk on it.
