Windows Movie Maker v6

Hi, I've being trying to produce a movie using windows vista & v6 of WMM & I
manage to edit & review upto about 7 minutes then the timeline does not play
at all. Very frustrating - anybody got any ideas....please!! :-((

hi! when i´m nearly finishing my film, adding the last effects and
transitions, i see it the last time through just before saving it as a film,
and i just hear the music but i cant see the pictures! what has gone on?? why
cant i see anything now!!!?? it seems as if it has hanged up! please what can
i do!!!????????

Thanks John, sorry for the late reply have been away, however since my
problem I've found that whenever I edit/add to the movie I now always go back
& play to see if it works, & I've found that by undoing some editing (that
WMM doesn't seem to like) I've managed to complete the movie.

However, another problem I've got I'm trying to include some footage from a
friends camera but the file extension is .mov (WMP & WMM don't seem to like
..mov file extension)& I need to convert it to avi have you got any ideas how
I can do this....?
