Help, I'm learning to use movie maker 2.1 and when I import clips than try to
view them on the moniter all I see is green. No clip.
Hope someone can help.
The movie I am working with is wmv. Tonite I changed the res. to 800 x 600
and it worked for awhile. When I tried to undo a delete it went green again.
I have another computer, older, and it works fine. I do all my graphic work
on this one and want to use MM as I feel it should work. I checked and I have
all the updates so I don't know what else to do.

run
type in dxdiag and ok.
This opens the directx test pages and shows the version of DX at the bottom.
While you're here test it by following the easy instructions.
Direct x can be found on MS's site, just type in DirectX as a search.
