Mobile 2003-based Smartphones free?
Which version of this products are included in Visual Studio .NET 2003?
For installing this products must I uninstall old versions (if yes how)?
Must I update Compact Framework included in Visual Studio .NET 2003 (if yes
how)?

YES

VS.NET 2003 comes with Pocket PC 2002 SDK

NO you can have both the SDKs for 2002 and 2003

Must I update Compact Framework included in Visual Studio .NET 2003 (if yes
how)?

NO. But you may want to update the .NET Compact framework run time files for
Services Pack 2.
