windows minimum icon can't be seen.

Dear All,

I need help on the this case, My computer minimum icon can't be seen in
the taskbar when i minimum them but it can be seen when i use Alt & Tab.

Can anyone help me to restore back so that the icon can display in the
taskbar area.
