When I'm on line, I get this pop up that tells me I need
to verify my email address. What is this, why do I get
the pop up, but most importantly, how do I get rid of it?

You get this pop-up because your Passport e-mail address isn't verified. To verify your
Passport e-mail address, click on the verification link that Passport sends you when you sign
up for your Passport account. If you've waited 48 hours since you've made the account, you
never received the e-mail or you re moved it, you can request another verification e-mail
from Passport Services:
