Windows Messenger

Every time I boot up I get an annoying pop-up, "You must
register your email address with Windows Messenger" or
something to that effect. I don't want it. How do I get
rid of it?

There is extensive Messenger info at Kelly's site, below. Click on "M"
and scroll down.

I renamed the Messenger folder to - Messenger~
If I ever want it back again, I'll change the name back to what it was.
(got this from a tip of another person).
