I have aready removed Windows Messenger in add/remove

To uninstall Messenger, try this:
Close down Messenger (right click the messenger icon in the notification
area/system tray and click close). Then click the start button, then
click Run and type in (copy-paste if you like):
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

Then click OK. Messenger will be uninstalled.

Windows XP-Disable Messenger
Click Start->Control Panel >Administrative Tools
Double click Services
Scroll down and highlight "Messenger"
Right-click the highlighted line and choose Properties.
Click the Stop button
Select Disable in the Startup Type scroll bar
Click OK
You can verify that the service is disabled by typing the following at a
command prompt. If no message appears, the Messenger service has been
disabled.

That is not windows messenger. That is the messenger service. Completely
different from the instant message program windows messenger. The
description of it in services even says so.
