Windows Messenger Application Sharing / Remote Support

Is Windows Messenger capable of Application Sharing or
Remote Sharing on Window 2000?

I am running W2K3 and my colleague is using W2KP. I know I
can to a XP workstation but he seems unable to, as he is
greyed out. We are able to IM.

Greetings Marc,

As long as Windows 2000 SP4 is installed, Windows 2000 is capable of Whiteboard and
Application Sharing. However, Remote Assistance is limited to Windows XP only.
