I have just recived my computer back and have now decided
to listen to music on the windows media player, but it
will not let me do anything because it tells me
this:"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because
there is a problem with your sound device. There may not
be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in
use by another program, or it may not be functioning
properly." and i don't understand why....so if anyone
knows how i can solve this problem please let me know.

Ashley,

I have the same problem occuring to me from time to time. My solution is to
re-boot the system. Sometimes I need to re-boot it twice or three times until
the Media Player returns to normal.

Did you get any other better advice or solution? from anyone?

Kelvin
