Windows Media Player

I got an email the other day that had a video clip that
automatically played in Windows Media Player. Now
everytime I turn on my computer, after it goes through
all its startup stuff, including all the icons on the
desktop, it opens up Windows Median Player. How can I get
it to stop?

Try going to run,type:cmd In cmd type:wmplayer.exe /REVERT
or try:wmplayer.exe /d
Both are setting to default, /d disables an auto run
