Windows Media Player

The Media Player page is shown. But no visuals or sounds although the
indicator shows play is happening and the name of the music is shown. This
all since the hard drive was replaced. Never imagined so many problems
would be evident after the new drive.
 
It seems that only the MIDI files are the problem. Other files are being
played by Windows Media Player. And, yes, there is a checkmark for the MIDI
files to be played. Any suggestions?
