Windows Media Player - ???

I can double click on any video file and the player will automatically run
and the sound is perfectedly fine, however I can't seem to get an actual
picture???

I also just downloaded Version 10 to see if that would take care of the
issue but to no avail. Pls HELP. Thanks!
 
Please be more specific as to how this relates to a FrontPage problem.
