Windows Media Player In Toolbar

I have recently installed win xp pro sp2 rc1 in one of my
systems and i also have winxp pro on my old comp. now
heres the problem the new comp shows the small Windows
Medis Player Tooolbar which looks really gr8 but I cant
seem to get it to work on my old winxp pro without sp2.
is it a special feature of sp2 rc1
