Hi All,
I have a client that called in saying when she opens
Windows Media Player 9 on her WinXP Pro pc, she gets an
Internal Application Error. She said the program doesn't
even open fully before she gets the error.
I had her go into control panel, then add/remove programs,
then add/remove windows components. I had her uncheck
Windows Media Player, then go through the wizard to
complete the "uninstallation". She was prompted with a
message saying the hotfix would be removed as well, which
I had her click ok or yes to. I then had her recheck the
box and complete the wizard to "reinstall." She's still
getting the same error when trying to open Media Player.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve this
problem?
Thanks,
Andy
