Windows Media Player 9 doesnt play video

I can hear the item being played, but I cannot see what is
b3eing played, I hasd an error message once, and it said,
something about the codecs where not loaded, but this is a
new player, and I cheked all the boxes to play all the
media... what can be wrong??

Try reading some of the other several 1000 posts on this subject there are
in this newsgroup. This question is asked dozens of times every single
day...

What you probably need is the DiVX codec, which is NOT a Microsoft codec and
therefore not available from their codec server. Go to www.divx.com and
download the latest version (there is a FREE version without spyware at the
bottom of the download page, seperate from the other 3 download options.
You don't need the player, just the codec itself.
