Windows Media Player 9, columns won't sort

I started up Windows Media Player 9 and at first was able to sort one of the columns (Artists). After that I sorted a
diff column...when I tried to resort the Artist column I couldn't get it to react, to a single or double click. I've
tried many times since, also after rebooting, but same problem, none of the columns will sort (alphabetically, that's
all I'm asking for!).

Any ideas for fixing this...I'd like to fix this one, not upgrade.

Thanks for the link, I didn't know about it. But fortunately I figured out the problem. And for the next person who
runs into it and doesn't have xray eyes...the solution is to click on the column heading, and after you do that a little
sort arrow will appear to the left of the heading. Then, and only then, will the sort work. The person for designed
this trick probably requires his pets to use a house key when they want to come inside.
