windows media player 9 and windows media bonus pack

is there no one out there smart enough to answer this
problem?

i download both programs... under windows media bonus
pack there is audio transfer/conversion from mp3 to
windows media.

it shows that the transfer has been done but when you
test it, the transfer from mp3 to windows media/wave
never happened... what takes place is when you go to burn
the music the program is allowing 200 or so music files
to be burned to windows media/wave, this shouldn't
happened you should be getting about 25 music files or so
per cd disc... when you go to test the cd on your cd home
cd player it doesn't play/recognize the cd music disc...

i uninstalled the bonus pack and reinstalled it but it
does the same thing , it won't convert the files over
properly... after trying it a couple times i used real
player 1 and it transferred the files ok from mp3 to
windows media/wave and it played alright on my home cd
player...

What can the problem be??? is it the bonus pack? is it
windows media player 9 ??? it worked fine when it was
windows media player 8, i believe that is what xp home
gives you directly off the cd...

i know its not the burner because real player1 works
fine...its either the bonus pack or windows player 9 or
both of them... Anyone have a clue out there??? Anyone
having the same problems? Anyone have a solution?

you can't delete windows player 9 unless someone knows
how i can revert back to windows media 8... i know about
the restore point but i can't take that option either
because this computer was refomatted and the restore
point would take me back to thewre... and i don't feel
like going through loading everything back into this
computer... HELP!

You'll probably do better by posting to the
Microsoft.publicwindowsmedia.player newsgroup.
