I have a brand new Dell Laptop, Twin AMD 64 bit and all the trimmings.
Whenever I try and play music it lasts for about a minute and then I get the
blue screen of death.

I've tried down loading drivers and I have all current up-dates that I can
find on microsoft but the problem will not go away.

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to resolve this
issue?

The BSOD will tell you what's the problem.

A blue screen is a hardware or driver problem and likely not something that
could be addressed on the WMP end.

Hi zachd

Thanks for feedback. I have checked the driver for my sound card and it is
up to date. Also I only have problems playing audio/visual files if I use
WMP, of I use other players I have no problems???
