Windows Media DVD Playback

I cannot play a DVD on windows media. Message comes
up ''DIGITAL COPYRIGHT PROTECTION''OXCOOD1163.
Could play them before but now will not .Can you help
please
 
Have you done something since it last worked, such as change any settings?
Added another app which may be interfereing? Tried system restore to when it
was working?
