Windows Media Center Starts Up Automatically

Hello everyone. My Windows Media Center automatically starts up after exiting
a PC game called Guild Wars when in Full-Screen mode. Does anyone know why
this happens or if it happens to them as well ? It only happens with Guild
Wars and no other game but Guild Wars. I play ALOT of PC Games such as City
of Heroes, World of WarCraft, etc. I play them all in Full-Screen mode
without a problem and when I exit these games Windows Media Center does not
start up which is fine, but when I finish playing Guild Wars it starts up
when I don't want it to. Is there a way to un-install Windows Media Center or
to disable it? If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in
advance for your help.

There may be a "command line argument" in the shortcut, you are using to
open Guild Wars . See:

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Command_line

Right-click the shortcut that does this, and choose Properties. Look In the
Target box. The -mce argument "Starts the client with Windows Media Center
compatibility, switching the game to full screen and restarts Media Center
(if available) after the client is closed." You can make a regular
shortcut, without arguments, by removing -mce in the target box.
