windows media 9

hello I have just downloaded windows media 9, but when i
try to use it, I receive a message saying that i cannot
use it as i already have media drivers installed,
therefore i cannot use it, i have xp professional, and
have nvdia downloaded also, is this were my problems are?
i hope someone can help

Bill, are you using another Media Player? If yes, try an uninstall it.
