Windows Media 10 freezes

windows media player 10 stops playback after 10sec of music play. then when
you go to hit play windows freezes. i ran a virus scan and it came up with
win32.trojano.[tir] i deleted it. uninstalled and reinstalled all my display
and audio drivers and video drivers etc. and still i have problems. 10secs of
playback and then it stops playing you go to hit play and it freezes.

can anyone help?

i have also uninstalled and reinstalled WMP10 aswell...
 
I'm having the same problem. As yet I have'nt found a solution to the issue.
If I do I keep you posted and I would appreciate it if you would do the same
for me .
