MSAS doesn't support 95-based versions of Windows. You are told what
platforms are supported right on the download page in the System
Requirements section. Look at:

- Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/)
- CWshredder (http://www.intermute.com/products/cwshredder.html)
- CA PestPatrol (http://www.pestpatrol.com; free online scanner but be
wary of false positives)
- Javacool SpywareBlaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/)
- WinPatrol (http://www.winpatrol.com)

May I suggest going to http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/default.mspx
for best practices. Be sure to watch the video!
There are other freeware/shareware scanners out there that will work on
Win98 & ME
systems. Thinking Spybot and Adaware just to name two.
