I am new to this program. I have two beta products installed, one care beta1,
and anti spyware beta. So far, both programs have been working great on my
system. By reading these posts, I am learning about my ms anti spyware.
It gives me an idea of possible future issues. But as for now, I am very
satisfied
with the performance of these products in protecting my system

I'm also running both those products on a number of systems--a couple of
dozen.

I believe that the capabilities of Microsoft Antispyware will eventually be
integrated into Windows OneCare Live--so testing them together is a good
idea.

If you are considering client protection for a large managed network,
looking at the "Microsoft Client Protection" package--not yet in beta, I
believe--would be appropriate.

First of all, I only have 3 computers, and only the one that I am using in my
home office has these products installed, curently. But, eventually, I plan to
install these products on all my systems. I am not a big corperation. I am a
Foster mother, and a writer.I use the two others to keep records of the kids
I care for. The one that I am currently using, prepares my writings for
publication. They all have windows xp home edition.
I love my onecare firewall, and all of it's features,no comolaints there.
The ms spyware is an excelant product. It does a full system scan in
about 10 minures. It is complete. I have Trend Micro on my system,
but it is dissabled so that it doesn't interfear with my beta 1 anti spyware.
After I scan with beta, I enable the Trend Micro and run a duplicate scan.
Then I compare the two. That tells me if beta1 is doing a good job.So far
I have found no errors. It is an excellant product. I have read some of
the other posts, but none of these problems have happened to me.
I personally, love Microsoft products and believe that they are the best
available on the web.

Thanks Diana! Glad the beta products are helping you keep the computers
safe. I have some technical issues about the OneCare firewall that I
dislike, but I'm using it on a variety of machines, without problems.

I believe, maybe it runs beter on xp home editions, with less problems.but
I think it is a great product for both, big and small business.

It is definitely targetted at home users. My clients are small
offices--between 3 and two dozen machines to an office. I can't tell
whether the pricing for Microsoft Client Protection will be something they
can afford or not, so I'm trying out OneCare in one office to see how it
works.

So far, I like it pretty well, but I've had more problems with it than I
expected--I've got a couple of boxes with red icons at the moment due to
some firewall issue. This isn't a problem--they are behind a professional
firewall already--but it should be working properly.
