MS Anti-Spyware and NetZero

I use NetZero. I upgraded to WindowsXP and experienced no
problem. Then I downloaded MS Anti-Spyware. The problem
began. When I logon with NetZero, it goes to "mynetzero"
to view my email. Before the page load up, I get knocked
offline. When I disenable the Anti-Spyware, it works fine.
Maybe it's blocking NetZero's page. How do I stop it?

I suspect this is not specific to NetZero. We've had other reports of
individual installations where the user kept getting knocked offline
periodically.

First thing to try would be an update install, and then an uninstall, and
reinstall.

Update: control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware,
change, update.

Is there anything unusual about your machine--had you run Giant's product,
either as a trial or paid version? Are you running Sunbelt's Counterspy?
