Windows ME and SP2 (Service Pack 2)

I am looking for an internet pop up blocker and all of the information I am
finding talks about Windows XP SP2. Can the SP2 be installed on a system
running ME (Millenium)? Does Internet Explorer offer a SP2 or pop up
blocking for ME? Any suggestions?

Both with Pop-up Blocker.
