trying to set up an account but cant get past the POP3 and ISP boxes, what
goes in there if I have aol? Thanks

AOL link to set up your account. **** It is applicable for Windows Mail too.

AOL has the answer:
http://postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html

Those instructions were written for Outlook Express, but
Windows Mail uses the same settings as Outlook Express.
