I have Windows Vista Home Premium.

How do I transfer my Windows Mail (Contacts, Messages, etc) from one account
to another on the same computer?

I'm trying to do the same thing, except that I'm trying to get my windows
mail to open on a new computer. I think we can do it using Imort Identities
under the File menu, but so far I can't get mine to work either. Does anyone
know how to do this properly?

The easiest way is to use this free third party utility:

It doesn't transfer contacts, but you can simply copy the
C:\Users\username\Contacts folder from one user to the other.
