Windows Mail

I'm new with Vista and Windows Mail and the problem we are having is that
in IE7 and Outlook Express, we were able to right click on an open page and
could send either the link or page by email. Now we are unable to do so. It's
there to do it but not highlighted so unable to use. Also, we have Office
2000 installed and the same problem is there. Cannot send any page from Word
or Excel by email.
This is very fustrating as we were able to do this in the past and the
community pages and documents can no longer be sent to others to view or add
to.
What do I need or can do to fix this problem??

Have you tried it through Menu
File->Send -> Link by email or File by email?

That does not work either. Again, it's there but not highlighted and cannot
use.
