I would like to put my Windows mail as default, but always when I'd like to
send a message the first one is Microsoft outlook.

To set the default:
"Start" - "Default Programs" - "Set your default programs"
highlight "Windows Mail", then click on "Choose defaults for this
program".
click on "Select all"
click on "Save"
