Windows mail

I to am unable to send any e-mails today. I have never had this problem
before. I am able to receive e-mails...is the whole system not working?

Assuming the account is configured properly in Windows Mail (double-check
with RCN Support)...

If your anti-virus application is configured to scan incoming/outgoing
mail, disable it as it may be causing the problem.

Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email
