I have a desk top in my home office with new windows mail and a laptop at my
office with outlook express. Will I be able to see the hole history of mails
in both computers or just the new ones sent and received?

Not with a POP account. Complete syncing of all mail folders is only
achievable with IMAP or HTTP mail accounts.
