windows mail

It has been brought to my attention that no one within my server is getting
the emails I send them. ie if I were to send myself an email. I do not get
any error message, and the email is in the sent box!!! help, many of my
contacts are on the same server as myself. I have also had trouble sending
email with picture attachment.

So, when you send an email to yourself, it never arrives in your
Windows Mail inbox? If you then check your webmail online, is
that message viewable in webmail?
