I have created a business card for myself in my Contacts. When I compose a
new email and indicate that I want to include my business card, it does not
get sent in the body of my email which is what I would like for it to do.
What do I need to change?

I've never heard of putting it in the Contacts before. However, if the size
of it is 4 KB or less, you should be able to use it as a signature file.
 
Click Tools, then Options, then Signatures and you'll have a number
of options.
