Follow instructions here to create a vCard but
they are not inserted, they are attached:

Possibly you want to make a signature, which is inserted in the message
area?

Sorry, Vista Roolie, bur you are wrong. In WinMail you can and do INSERT
Business Cards. Under the INSERT menu in your mail message you will find the
"Business Card" insert right about the Signature one. It places a vCard copy
of your contact file in the message and you will see a small icon appear on
the right hand upper border of the message. Clicking on that Icon will open
the vCard contact file.
