Does anyone know how to set up Windows mail so certain emails come through
without heading to junk mail? I have 3 contacts that are constantly going
into the junk mail folder. When I go to junk, I click on "Not Junk" and it
goes to the inbox, but the next time these people write, it's back to the
junk box again. Any suggestions?

It sometimes helps to click on Tools, then Junk E-mail Options, then
Safe Senders, then add their email address to the list. If there's no
check mark in the box before Also trust e-mail from my Windows Contacts,
you may want to click on this box. Click on Apply, then OK.

Also ensure that the addresses do not appear in the Blocked Sender list,
Tools>Junk E-mail Options>Blocked Sender list.
